I just thought this was so cute. I really think most of us take weight loss too seriously.      We need to be honest with ourselves. It's ok if we don't want to workout 5 x's a week for an hour.     You know what exercises you don't mind doing and you know how much time you have to spend on exercising during the week. Start there!!!! So, now that I have all the facts, what am I going to do?
 
So far, since the New Year, I have walked with Peter 3x a week for 30 minutes. I want to add a few alone walks too, but for now that is my goal.....
 
(at least) 3 times a week x 30 minutes.
 
It's a start!!
