Menu Plan Monday Mar 25-31
Last week's meals ended up looking like this:
(1) Monday 3/18- Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup w/rolls
(2) Tuesday 3/19- Tacos & Taco Rice
(3) Wednesday 3/20- My Birthday Dinner! Meatloaf, Criss-Cross Potatoes, Broccoli & Coconut Cream Pie for dessert
(4) Thursday 3/21- Crab Imperial
(5) Friday 3/22- Peter and Nathan were away for the night and had dinner with Lindsey & Logan. I got take-out {Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser at church} YUM!!
(6) Saturday 3/23- Grilled Steaks w/onions & mushrooms, baked potatoes, rice, asparagus bundles, & rolls
Marinade Recipe:
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2 T. soy sauce
1 T. minced garlic
3 T. honey
3 T. olive oil
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t. salt
1 t. pepper
dash hot sauce
Whisk together and pour over steaks in a gallon ziploc bag.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Grill.
(7) Sunday 3/24- Soft Crab Sandwiches
Perfect on white bread with a little ketchup!!

My menu plan is very vague-I'm sure it will change a bit.
(1) Breakfast
(2) Duck Dinner
(3) Pork Chops
(4) Seafood
(5) BBQ Wings
(6) Ham
(7) ???
