Menu Plan Monday Mar 18- Mar 24
Last week: Menu Plan Mon 3/11- Sun 3/17
(1) Mon 3/11- BBQ Chicken, rice, corn, cresent rolls
(2) Tues 3/12- {late lunch: KFC/Taco Bell)
(3) Weds 3/13- Chicken Quesadillas
(4) Thurs 3/14- Garlic & Shrimp Pasta {see recipe below}
(5) Fri 3/15- {lunch: Panera Bread/ dinner: Red Lobster}
(6) Sat 3/16- filet w/onions, teriyaki noodles, & asparagus bundles
(7) Sun 3/17- Mississippi Roast over mashed potatoes
Garlic & Shrimp Pasta
box of dry pasta (I used fettuccine)
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 stick butter
3-4 cloves finely diced garlic
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Pepper, to taste
Sea Salt, to taste
Juice from 1 lemon
1/4 cup white wine
1 lb. shrimp
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta, drain, and set aside.
Heat a large skillet and add olive oil. Let this warm up for a minute, then add the butter. Add garlic and cook lightly, then add spices, lemon juice, and wine. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Add shrimp and cook a few minutes longer. Turn off the heat and pour in the pasta, stirring so the sauce evenly covers the noodles. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese onto the pasta and stir once more. Serve immediately!
