Lemon Garlic Shrimp

I ended up making the Lemon Garlic Shrimp today and it was a hit! A must-try recipe!

Lemon Garlic Shrimp
1 stick butter
1 lemon-sliced
shrimp
1 envelope italian seasoning mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in baking pan, then add lemon slices, then shrimp. Sprinkle with italian seasoning mix. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve over pasta (I used angel hair) and top with grated parmesan cheese. Easy & delish!!
I didn't get any pictures today, but here is one that I had pinned.
Melt a stick of butter in the pan. Slice one lemon and layer it on top of the butter. Put down fresh shrimp, then sprinkle one pack of dried Italian seasoning. Put in the oven and bake at 350 for 15 min.

LOL It must be challenging cooking for 4 kids!! :O) Fortunately, Nathan is at the stage were he'll eat anything and everything!:O)
