ROWEN is being promoted to BIG BROTHER!!!!

Pat-a-Cake

Rowen learned how to Pat-a-Cake! :O)

It's the sweetest thing - he pats his hands together and smiles and notice how he even does the "roll it and pat it" part with his chubby little fingers!! He's such a smart little boy! I could eat him up! <3

[We have gotten Rowen on video several times doing Pat-a-Cake, but this video is special because Gran (Mom) is singing it and Pop (Dad) sounds so proud at the end!]

To Nana's House We Go!

Mommy and Daddy took a little get away trip to the Big Apple....and I hung out at Nana's house! 

Kayla and Nathan were sad about leaving Rowen, but I checked in often with pictures and updates, so I think that helped. He is the most pleasant little boy! He's a great sleeper and very easy to keep. We had the best time together and I got lots of kisses & snuggles! :O)

Sweet guy!!

He cat naps in your lap for his a.m. nap. Just pop in his paci (bip) (which he only takes when he's falling asleep) and cover his head with his blanky and he's out. <3 He usually takes a second cat nap around noon then a longer nap in his crib early evening.

I laid down for a nap but could hear him "talking".....when I went in to check on him he had pulled his socks off with his mouth...LOL little stinker!

Rowen slept from 9 pm-5 am fed him then 6-9 am

He eats cereal and fruit for breakfast (every last drop)...LOL

Mommy & Daddy are coming home today!!

Aunt Gina came by to visit! <3

Mommy and Daddy were soooooo happy to see their sweet boy....and Jasmine was happy they were home too! LOL She was feeling just a tad neglected. LOL

They had a blast in New York.....and we did too here at Nana's house! :O) :O)

Happy Easter!!

As I sat in church on Easter Sunday morning, surrounded by my family, and listening to the choir sing "Then Came the Morning", I was overwhelmed with thankfulness for everything God has blessed me with....blessings greater than what I deserve. Thank you Jesus for dying on that cross for my sins and Praise the Lord that the tomb would not hold him and that He lives!! Thank you Lord for this (imperfect) yet wonderful Life!!

A close second to Peppa these days is Hey Duggee! She asks to watch it all the time but was a little apprehensive about whether she or not she liked the stuffed one in her basket. :O) 

And bubbles, this girl LOVES bubbles!!!

I got ready for church and ran up to see Rowen's Easter goodies!

We had leftovers from Saturday for lunch, along with sundae bowls, and then Peter made clams casino for dinner later. 

We had a laid back Sunday - lots of laughter, goose feeding, patio sitting, coloring, reading, playing with play dough, bubble blowing, and golf cart (woosh cart) riding. When Nathan and Logan get together its like old times and they talk and laugh wayyyy too much. LOL I love it though and love seeing them together. It's not that often so I think they make the most of it! Kamry is busy, busy, busy! She is on the go all the time, but does love playing so I take advantage of her time with us and hang out with her as much as as I can. Rowen is at a super good stage, he is content in his jumperoo or on his mat and loves being around people and in the midst of all the fun.

On Monday, Kamry woke up a little earlier, so I let Lindsey and Logan sleep in and I spent the morning with Kamry. Mornings are my favorite time!! 

After breakfast, we went to see Gran & Pop and took a little golf cart ride. 

Peter made lunch for Logan and Nathan (boiled fish, biscuits, fig preserves, and cheese melted in their coffee) and Me, Mom, Lindsey, Kayla, and the kids went to lunch at Lorraines. Then we all hung at home until L,L, & K had to leave on the evening boat.

I had the absolute best weekend. I LOVE having everyone gathered around, just hanging out and talking and laughing, and I LOVE having both grandchildren together. I am happiest when I'm with my family. My heart is so full!
