Blue Apron Review: Chicken Meatballs & Fregola Sarda

Chicken Meatballs & Fregola Sarda w/ Kale and Sicilian Tomato Sauce

10 oz. ground chicken
1/2 cup fregola sarda pasta
1- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 bunch kale
1 pink lemon
1-1/2 T. golden raisins
2 T. grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
2 T. mascarpone cheese
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

and 1 T. capers!!!!

Oh no....not capers!!! 

My review: I have never, ever tried or wanted to try capers. Seriously, I actually thought they had something to do with fish, but I googled capers and it said they are "pickled flower buds"....okay, so I like pickles and flowers, so maybe I can try them. YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I only added a few but I did not like the taste at all!!! Overall though, this meal was YUMMY!!!
