looking back on 2016: may

The month of May was pretty much spent going back and forth from home to Baltimore to Marion and to work. Every day, we waited for reports on Kamry's progress. The days were long, but with each one that passed we could see Kamry growing and thriving, and could hardly wait until we could bring her home. The month of May was rainy and dreary for the most part, some days even down right cold.

The world's first look at our beautiful little Kamry Lynn.
By the time of this picture (taken at 12 days old) she had come a long way already,
and we knew from the start that this little girl was fierce!

I signed up for Hello Fresh meals in May and along with the meals from Blue Apron
entered a whole new realm of cooking!

Mother's Day <3

Lindsey's first! <3

Nathan still living at home, commuting to work. We were like ships that passed in the night due to everyone's schedules and being so busy, but now and then we caught a few moments to catch up.
