and the countdown begins.....

With only 90 days until our next Disney vacation....the planning begins!! After narrowing down the best dates to go, we decided on February 2-7. We took advantage of the Play, Stay, Dine discount, and chose the value resort, All Star Movies. This is a first for us, and while I'm excited to try a different resort, I'm a little apprehensive about staying at a value resort. We normally stay at a moderate {Caribbean Beach 2010, 2012, & Sr. Trip 2012 and Coronado Springs 2008} and then Peter and I stayed in our dream resort, Beach Club, in 2011. Staying at ASMovies is a bit of a downgrade, but, we'll be on property, so we get to enjoy all the perks, like Extra Magic Hours, Disney transportation, and of course, the DINING PLAN!! We {love} Disney's Dining Plan. It always works great for our family. We not only get to eat at the best restaurants in WDW, but it's already paid for before we go {we only have to worry about the tip!}.
So that's where we are now.........choosing restaurants! To help narrow down the choices, first things first, I look at park hours and decide where we might be each day. The first day of our Disney vacation is easy.....we almost always kick-off the trip at Magic Kingdom!!!! We'll plan dinner around "Wishes" {our favorite show}. We'll either have dinner at one of the restaurants in MK or at one of the monorail resorts. It's EMH at MK that night, so the park won't close until 10 p.m.

Now, let the fun begin.....time to book some dining reservations!
