Ingredients:
4 bone-in chops
1 red pepper - sliced thin
1 green pepper - sliced thin
1 onion - sliced thin
2 cups broth
3 T. heavy cream
3 T. heavy cream
1/2 cup + 3 T. flour
1/4 tsp. Cumin
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
salt & pepper - to taste
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
3 T. Butter
olive oil
Instructions:
Combine flour and seasonings.
Coat chops and fry in hot oil/butter.
Remove chops then add peppers and onions to the pan.
Cook veggies, tossing frequently,
until veggies are tender but not mushy.
Remove from pan.
To pan, add 3 T. Flour and 3 T. butter and whisk together on med-high heat.
Add broth and whisk until thickened.
Stir in cream.
Salt & pepper if needed.
Return veggies to pan.
Serve chops w/veggies over rice.
