- 12 oz. pork tenderloin
- 12 oz. yukon potatoes
- 6 oz. green beans
- 1 shallot
- 2 T. balsamic vinegar
- 1 packet chicken stock concentrate
- 1 T. fig jam
- 1/4 oz. fresh rosemary
- 1 T. butter
- olive oil
This one was one of our favorites of all the HF or BA meals we've tried. I love pork but this recipe was amazing!! I am definitely going to make this sauce when I fix pork again. YUMMMMM!!!
