{semi-homemade}

(love this sign!!!)
The continental breakfast set up is going pretty good.....made a lot of muffins this month! When pressed for time, I have used a few semi-homemade recipes that are not only time-savers, but yummy too! Here are three recipes that were a hit and have been repeated!

(1) 3 ingredient banana muffins.....

1 box yellow cake mix
3 -4 over-ripe bananas
2 eggs

Mix together and bake according to directions on the box for muffins.
(I added mini chocolate chips to half the batter. You can also add nuts.)

(2) 2 ingredient pineapple angel food muffins.....

1 box angel food cake mix
1 (20 oz. can) crushed pineapple - do not drain

Mix together. That's it!!!

I use cupcake liners for these muffins.

 (You can also bake in a greased 13x9 pan and cut in squares.) Serve with whipped topping.

(3) easy cheese danish

2 cans crescent rolls
{Roll out and press one can in bottom of a greased 13x9 pan.}

Mix together:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese - softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

{Spread on crescent rolls. Top with second can of crescent rolls.}

Melt together:
1 stick butter
1/4 cup sugar
Cinnamon to taste

{Pour over crescent rolls. Bake @350 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.}
Cool; cut into squares. (I wrap individually.)
