first summer getaway....part 2

There are tons of dining choices in Ocean City and while we have many favorites, we decided to try someplace new. We chose Sunset Grille in west O.C.
 
We were seated right away at a bar top table outside....
 
We started with a salad....
Sunset Salad
A bed of mixed greens, red onion, tomatoes, pine nuts, crumbled bleu cheese and maple raspberry vinaigrette
 and Peter got the seared tuna app too.....
Seared Ahi Tuna
Fresh tuna coated in sesame seeds and seared rare. Served with vegetable slaw, wasabi, and ginger.
 
I ordered the crab cake sandwich w/ a side of cole slaw....

House specialty. Made with jumbo lump crabmeat served on a soft potato roll
Peter got the stuffed flounder with a side of asparagus....
Atlantic Flounder Imperial
Pan seared, country ham, lump crab imperial, sweet corn orzo, basil, lemon bay butter
The sun had come back out after the storm, which made for a beautiful sunset....

 
We rarely eat dessert, but decided to share a brownie sundae. Mmmm!
 
An overall awesome dinner...the food, the atmoshere, the service, the view, the live music....absolutely perfect!
 
Can't wait to go back!!!
