Menu Plan Monday: April 6-12




Last week's menu:


{Monday-4/06}

We had breakfast for dinner: French Toast & Scrapple.


{Tuesday-4/07}

We had turkey and the trimmings over the weekend, so I made a big pot of Turkey Soup from the left-over turkey. No set recipe, just a little of this and that, but it was very tasty. We had grilled cheese sandwiches to go with it.


{Wednesday-4/08}

A favorite of mine - Baked Shad. Here's a link to the recipe! Gran cooked Nathan and Kayla a chicken & dumpling dinner.


{Thursday-4/09}

We ate out as we ran errands, did some shopping, and had our taxes done.

We usually pull out a frozen pizza for a late dinner after being gone all day. Red Baron Thin & Crispy Supreme is our favorite!

{Friday-4/10}

We had Cold Cut Subs from the PTA fundraiser.


{Saturday-4/11}

I tried two new recipes today - Sticky Honey Lime Grilled Chicken and Cumin Roasted Carrots w/ Lemon. We also had Criss Cross Potatoes on the side and Strawberry Shortcakes for dessert.
 
 


{Sunday-4/12}
 
Today, I made another new recipe - Bang Bang Shrimp w/ Pasta. It was delish!! Here's a link to the recipe.
