Yet another lime recipe! This time pie....key lime pie!!! :0)
Here's the recipe:
Key Lime Pie
Graham Cracker Crust
1-1/4 cups fine graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cups sugar
6 T. melted butter
Mix together and press into pie plate. Bake @ 375 degrees for 6-9 minutes or until edges are browned; cool.
Filling:
2/3 cups fresh lime juice
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup sour cream
zest from 2 limes
dash of salt
Mix together and pour into crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cool; garnish with lime and serve with whipped cream.
