military diet - day 2

Day 2 - 9/01/15

1 egg
1 slice of toast
1/2 banana
coffee (or tea) w/stevia

1 cup cottage cheese (YUCK!)
(I replaced with 1 oz. cheddar cheese)
5 saltine crackers
1 egg
(I replaced with 2 strips of bacon)
iced tea w/stevia

2 hot dogs (no bun) (w/mustard=0 calories)
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 banana (I omitted this today)


1 cup vanilla ice cream
(in honor of it being September 1st...I got Pumpkin Cinnamon flavor!)

Still NO Diet Coke for me! That's BIG!!! And no headache! Yaaaa!!! I have been drinking lots of water as I normally barely drink any (I know...bad!). I am very satisfied with the amount of food, but really look forward to that cup of ice cream each evening!

I didn't weigh yet, as most reviews say to wait and weigh on the morning of day 4 after completing the 3-day diet. I feel better and I am very anxious to do this again. I love food so much, but realize I need to lose a few pounds and regroup on my eating habits.

Bring on day 3!!!!
