Day 3 - 9/02/15
Breakfast
1 slice cheddar cheese
5 saltine crackers
1 small apple
coffee w/stevia
Lunch
1 egg (I substituted 2 strips of bacon)
1 slice of bread
iced tea w/stevia
Dinner
1 cup tuna (I added lettuce, pickles, & old bay)
1/2 banana ( I substituted a pear)
iced tea w/ stevia
and 1 cup vanilla ice cream

and 1 cup vanilla ice cream
(I got the Pumpkin Cinnamon flavor again!)
I drank a gallon of water in 3 days, a record for me!! NO Diet Coke in 3 days, an even bigger record!!! I am very anxious to weigh in the morning........

Thanks for sharing your experience with the 3 Day Military diet. My sister introduced me to the diet last month and I was able to lose around 6 pounds after 3 days. The success of the diet for me was that it taught me calorie counting and portion control which are important if you want to lose weight. I'm very pleased with the result and plans to do the diet again to shed more pounds.
