Destination Disney: 6 Favorite Restaurants

Now, anyone who has been to WDW knows that the food is a major part of the Disney awesomeness! The choices are endless and the decision making is very hard when it comes to narrowing it down to the perfect choices! Two important must-dos for me when planning a trip to WDW, first of all, we always do the dining plan, no matter how many days we are staying, and secondly, I always book our ADRs at the 180 day mark to assure availability. On our very first trip to WDW, I was clueless to the whole trip planning thing, and we just happened to luck out and got in {after a very long wait} for 2 sit down meals. Looking back at that first trip, I cringe, realizing we really missed out on a big part of any vacation {especially a Disney one}....a good dinner! :O) Every trip, we return to tried and true favorites, but we also like to try a few new places. For this weeks topic, we are to list 6 FAVORITE RESTAURANTS, and while there are still lots that we intend to try and have read good reviews about, I'm doing a list of 6 restaurants we have actually tried. And, since I'm big on taking food pics, I'll share our meal from each of my choices!! :O) ENJOY!!!
{1} OHANA~ Peter and I tried OHana for the first time in 2011, and we fell in love!!! I knew we would return there in January, when Nathan joined us. His review of Ohana-----AWESOME!!!
Located in the Polynesian Resort.
{2} LeCellier ~Peter and I ate at LeCellier in 2011. The Mushroom Risotto Fillet was amazing!!!
Located in Canada WS-Epcot.
{3} Cape May Cafe'~ This is Peter's favorite in all of WDW, I mean...all you can eat clams & crab legs:O).....we have eaten here 4 times: with the boys in 2010, twice during our "just us" week long trip in 2011 when we stayed at Beach Club, and then again this past January w/Nathan. Located at the Beach Club.

{4} Les Chefs de France~ this was a great dining experience, even though we couldn't understand a word our French waiter was saying...LOL. A visit from Remy was a highlight, as was the wonderful food. Peter and I ate here in 2011. Located in France, WS-Epcot.
{4} Yak & Yeti~ Peter, Nathan, and I tried Y&Y for the first time this past January. It was awesome! We will most definitely return.....the meal was wonderful! Located in Animal Kingdom.
{6} 50's Prime Time Cafe'~ It was very hard narrowing the choices down to just 6, but I couldn't leave out 50's PT. It is not only well-themed and tons of fun, but the Pot Roast is to die for! Located in Disney's Hollywood Studios.
We are planning a return trip, and I'm already reading reviews for possible new selections to try, of course, we'll return to some of these favorites as well!! YUM!!

We did 'Ohana for the first time on our most recent trip and we all gave it 2 thumbs up. I already have my reservation made for our next trip! I don't know why, but I totally loved the noodles (of all things!)

We have Le Cellier on our list for next time too.

Great list!

Hi Susan,
I am here in Jamaica hoping I was at one of those restaurants! The food looks so good!:) I have finally managed to answer your questions when you tagged me. I am sorry for the delay. When you have the time you can have a look at it. Take care and I wish you and your family a great weekend.
