DIY Project: Valentine's Wreath

I {heart} Valentine's Day! It's one of my favorite holidays-I guess because it's a whole day set aside just for showing those who are special to us just how much we love them! I love the flowers, the candy, the gifts, the Valentines, the Red Velvet Cake, having a special dinner together, and especially the love I feel on that special day! I really love the decorations and after following Pinterest for awhile now, I've pinned some awesome ideas! I saw this wreath that a fellow blogger shared and I knew I wanted to try to copy it. Follow the link to find the tutorial for the Valentine's Day Berry Wreath w/ Frame.

Here's a picture of the wreath I copied:

Here's my version:

COST: $0
I had all the supplies. I took apart a berry wreath that I had and hot glued it to a larger wreath form. I painted an old 8x10 frame bright red. I printed a page of sheet music from a site I found on Pinterest which I added some scrapbook supplies to to create the picture to put inside. And, for the first time ever, I tried my hand at making fabric rosettes....super easy!!! Here is the tutorial. The picture showed lace and button rosettes, but I didn't have any lace on hand, so I improvised. I really like how it turned out!! I put out my banner flag and framed a Valentine's Day printable....move over snowmen, it's time to celebrate {heart} day!!!
