[Tomato Pie]

We’ve had a bumper crop of tomatoes lately so it was a great time to finally 

try Laura’s recipe for TOMATO PIE! It was absolutely delicious 😋 

[even though I cheated and used a frozen ready crust I had on hand.] ☺️
