Geometric Rug

That was easy!!! I mentioned yesterday that I was on a mission to find a rug now that the new sofa was in place. But if know me, you know that I can be soooo indecisive and quite the procrastinator when it comes to making decisions, that's why I'm so shocked that I found "the perfect" rug so quickly. After looking on Pinterest and various decorating sites, I found that geometric prints are definitely in! I really love the chevron patterns as well, but the "trellis" pattern was the style I kept going back to. Also the more I thought about getting the rug in green, the more I realized I wanted to stick with the brown shades instead. I really don't want to get locked into a color scheme again. It is much easier to change out pillows and curtains, than rugs and furniture.
I guess what really pushed me into making my purchase this morning was the coupon I got in my email. overstock.com was offering $20 off $100 purchase with free shipping and delivery by Christmas!!!!! I had seen some beautiful rugs on their site, so I went back and started browsing.
Here is what I came up with:
Hand-woven Providence Wool Rug (5' x 8')

I know it's brown, but it's definitely not boring!!! I {love} it!!! The cost you ask???
Original price: $174.99
Sale price: $148.74
- $20 coupon
free shipping
total price: $128.74

8. Hardest person to buy for? AND 9. Easiest person to buy for? I'm combining questions 8 & 9, since the answer to both is my mother-in-law. For years, she never wanted "anything"....she was VERY hard to please, fortunately, she has pretty much become my easiest because she only wants gift certificates for getting her hair done!!
