[GRILLED PIZZA]

GRILLED PIZZA 🍕 
Today, I made grilled pizzas for dinner and we invited Nathan, Kayla, and Rowen over. I made a batch of pizza dough in my bread machine (made 4 crusts) and charred them on the grill. I added different toppings to each of the crusts, then baked in a 425 degree oven until pizzas were done (or you can put back on the grill). I made 4 different kinds (ingredients listed below) and while we really enjoyed sampling them all, the favorite among all of us was the Margherita Pizza, with the bbq chicken our second fave.

• Pepperoni & Sausage Pizza: pepperoni, sweet Italian sausage, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese • Margherita Pizza: sliced Roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil drizzled with balsamic reduction • Italian Sausage & Peppers Pizza: sweet Italian Sausage, red or yellow pepper slices, minced garlic, arugula, mozzarella, Parmesan, and pizza sauce • bbq chicken pizza: shredded chicken, fresh pineapple, mozzarella, red onion, crispy fried onions, bbq sauce

SALAD: spring mix/red onion/blueberries/glazed pecans & almonds/dried strawberries with creamy poppyseed dressing 
Making grilled pizza was a summer bucket list item, so today we checked off the 3rd item and enjoyed a yummy family dinner together!
