-TACO TUESDAY-
I made these ah-mazing blackened fish tacos with red cabbage & mango slaw from the Magnolia Table Cook Book. I will definitely be making them again! I used rock fish that I had frozen (had been locally caught right here in the Chesapeake Bay). I topped the tacos with avocado slices but omitted the cilantro as I am not a fan. Also added Mexican Rice on the side.
